Terms of Use
1. General
VILAR (the “Service”) is software and supporting infrastructure providing internet access through a protected connection with automatic route selection. The Service is operated by NOVERA LABS LLC (Republic of Armenia). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Access to the Service
Access is provided through official VILAR applications. No account is required: the subscription is bound to a random device key. One subscription may be used on no more than 2 devices at the same time and is intended for personal use.
3. Free trial
New devices receive a free 24-hour trial with the full functionality of the Service. The trial ends automatically and involves no charges.
4. Subscription and payment
Access to the Service is provided for the paid period according to the current prices published on the Pricing page. The subscription does not renew automatically without user action. Refunds are handled as described in the Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
It is prohibited to use the Service for sending spam, conducting network attacks, distributing malware, or any activity that violates applicable law or the rights of third parties. The Operator may restrict or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.
6. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. The Operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the Service stable but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability on every network at all times. The Operator is not responsible for the user’s actions performed through the Service or for the content of third-party resources.
7. Changes to the Terms
The Operator may update these Terms. The current version is always available on this page; the date of the last update is shown above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.
